Travel with us to the land where The Exodus took place and walk where Moses walked on our fifteen day Exodus Tour offering the most complete itinerary to Israel the Promise Land, optional Petra tour to Jordan, and Egypt. This special tour focuses on Jewish heritage sites in Israel. Our professional guides are government certified- whom know Israel and Egypt.

Day 1 - Thursday
Departure on your way to The Promised Land, Israel.
Flights for your tour: Reserve our land tour with us, and we can also assist with your flights. Or you can also book your flights on your own if you prefer, and we will coordinate your arrival and departure airport transfers included in your tour, at no additional cost.

Day 2 - Friday
Tel Aviv
Shalom and welcome to the Jewish State of Israel, upon arrival into Ben Gurion International Airport, you will be met and assisted by our airport representative. Transfer to your hotel in Tel Aviv – Israel largest and modern city with short distance to the Old City of Jaffa. Check in at your hotel for overnight rest from your transatlantic flight. Tel Aviv is a beautiful city on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea, and offers a lively city center with shopping, family attractions, and the popular promendade by the beach with wonderful restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. Time permitting visit relatives and friends, go dining, shopping, or visit the artistic neighborhood of Neve Tzedek.

Day 3 – Saturday
At Leisure
Enjoy a day of leisure in Israel largest and modern city with short distance to Jaffa, shopping and attractions, and famous promenade sidewalk's with outdoor shopping stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Take time to visit and spend a day with relatives and friends. If your time permit, visit the artistic neighborhood of Neve Tzedek.

Day 4 - Sunday
Caesarea / Haifa / Acre / Rosh Hanikra
The beginning of your Jewish Heritage escorted tour begins with a drive along the beautiful costal plains in to Caesarea, a port city built by Herod the Great and once the Judea capital under Roman rule. Explore the incredible archelogical ruins and see the aqueduct, amphitheatre, and excavations of the crusaders and ancient city. Continue to Haifa for a breathtaking view from Mount Carmel. Next we'll drive to Acre and walk along its old harbor and local market. Continue to the northernmost point of Israel at Rosh Hanikra. Descend by cable into the limestone grottoes.

Day 5 – Monday
Safed / Gadot / Banias / Tel Hai
After a Israeli breakfast in your hotel we’ll drive to Safed, center of the Kaballa movement; visit the Joseph Caro synagogue and the Ha’Ari synagogue, the most important synagogues in the city; stroll around the Artists' quarter. Next we’ll explore on a Jeep tour at the foot of the Golan. After we continue to Golan Heights and stop at Gadot overlook (Mitzpe Gadot), the memorial site for the fallen of the Golan, located over former Syrian bunkers and see the monument built on site in honor of the Alexandroni brigade; proceed for a magnificent observation point over the city of Keuneitra, and the Syrian territory. Visit the Banias springs. Next we’ll see Tel-Hai and see the “Roaring Lion” monument and learn about the heroic battle of Josef Trumpeldor and his comrades in 1920. Meet with a Kibbutz member and learn about their unique lifestyle.

Day 6 – Tuesday
Beit Shean / Beit Alpha / Gan Hashlosha / Jerusalem
Tiberias / Beit Shean / Beit Alpha / Gan Hashlosha / Jerusalem
Drive to Tiberias to visit Rambam’s grave; Continue through the Jordan valley to Beit She'an, known as “Scythopolis”, and see the fascinating excavated remains from Roman and Byzantine periods. Beit Alpha Alpha to admire the beautiful mosaic floor of a synagogue discovered in 1929. Visit Gan Hashlosha national park and enjoy the warm spring water pools and waterfalls. Continue via the Jordan valley to Jerusalem; stop at Mount Scopus for a blessing as you enter the city.

Day 7 - Wednesday
Kotel Tunnels / Sephardic Synagogues / Davidson Center / Tower of David
Visit the Tomb of King David on Mount Zion. Walk along the Cardo, heart of the ancient Roman City; visit the four Sephardic synagogues restored after 1967 war in the Jewish Quarter; tour the Western Wall Tunnels; visit the archaeological park at Davidson Center; walk through the colorful local bazaar to visit the David's Tower museum presenting the history of Jerusalem and ancient remains of the city beginning with the first temple period.

Day 8 - Thursday

Yad Vashem / Mt. Herzl / Ammunition Hill / Israel Museum

Optional: Celebrate Bar/Bat-Mitzvah ceremonies at the kotel.

Enjoy seeing the Bar-Mitzvah ceremonies at the Kotel. Drive through Mea Shearim, one of the oldest Jewish neighborhoods in Jerusalem and learn about the unique lifestyle of the ultra-orthodox communities. Precede to Mount Hertzel, the military cemetery, and Yad Vashem the memorial to the Holocaust. Visit the Ammunition Hill, a former Jordanian army stronghold, conquered by the Israeli army in the six day war, and converted into a national memorial site and museum. Drive by the Knesset, Israel’s parliament and see the Menorah with the biblical emblems. Next visit the Israel Museum, the Shrine of the Book where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed, and the Holyland model, a miniature replica of Jerusalem as it was during the second temple period.

Optional: For families who wish to celebrate a Bar/Bat Mitzvah ceremony at the Western Wall. This will be a perfect opportunity, while the rest of the group will tour Mea Shearim, arrangements will be made at the Wall with a Rabbi. Day 9 - Friday
Qumran / Massada / Dead Sea
Enjoy and see the Judean Desert when we drive to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. Beginning with a stop at Qumran, the site where the Dead Sea Scrolls where found in 1947 by a Bedouin local boy. We’ll continue to perhaps one of the most impressive sites in Israel to the fortress of Masada, and the last stronghold of the Jews after the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 A.D. Here we ascend by cable car high up to Masada and tour the ancient fortress exploring the food storeroom, water irrigation system, bath houses and King Herod’s Palace. After we descend Masada by cable car, and stop for lunch and local spa facilities in one of the leading hotels in the area.

Day at leisure in Eilat
Stroll around the city’s streets, the beach promenade and enjoy the water sport activities – on own or take optional tour to Petra.

Day 12 - Monday
Israel to Sinai
At 10:00 a.m. after enjoying your breakfast, drive to the Red Sea on way South to the Taba border. After crossing the Taba (Israel/Egypt Border) you will be met and assisted by our representatives and transferred to your hotel at the foot of Mt. Sinai. Visit Saint Catherine Monastery located at the foot of Mt. Sinai the oldest working Christian Monastery. Saint Catherine Monastery was built in 557 A.C by the Roman Emperor Justinian, and where it’s believed God appeared to Moses in the Form of a burning bush. Enjoy a time of praise and incredible views of the Sinai wilderness, where in the book of Genesis God revealed him self to Moses and where he received the Ten Commandments.

The options for hotel accommodation in the remote area of Mt. Sinai are very limited. The hotel used in our Exodus Tour is the best available in the area, however not equivalent in standard to other hotels we use along this tour.

Day 13 - Tuesday
Sinai to Cairo
After breakfast meet at hotel’s lobby and depart Sinai traveling west through the Sinai Peninsula going through the tunnel under the Suez Cannel . Drive under the Red Sea, following what is thought to be the route of Exodus by the Children of Israel, continue to Cairo.

Day 14 - Wednesday
Pyramids/Sphinx/Solar Boat/Egyptian Museum/Old and New Cairo/Coptic Cairo/Synagogue of Ben Ezra
After a good nights rest enjoy a breakfast buffet, and then meet your Egyptologist guide to start the tour and visit one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient World, the 3 Pyramids of Giza. Cheops Pyramid (the oldest and largest of the three pyramids in the Giza Necropolis built in the 3rd dynasty about 2690 B.C as a tomb for Egyptian Pharaoh Khufu), Pyramids of Chefren, and at the bottom of the Pyramid Chechen lies the majestic Great Sphinx, which is the largest single block sculpture. Enjoy an opportunity to ride a camel by the Pyramids followed by a visit to the Solar Boat museum, whose main attraction is an ancient Egyptian cedar wood dating back 4500 years. Continue to visit the famous Egyptian Museum where we shall provide you with a brief but colorful insight into the five thousand years of Egypt’s fascinating history. Afterwards we visit Old Cairo, and the city’s cultural landmarks that span three millennia of Egypt’s history. We begin with you visiting the Hanging Church, Cairo's most famous Coptic Church first built in the 3rd or 4th century AD. This basilica was named "Al-Mu'allaqah" for its location above a gatehouse of the Babylon Fortress. Continue to the Church of St. Sergius, a 5th century Coptic Church. This basilica is built on the cave in which the Holy Family stayed and is regarded by visitors as a source of blessing. As we stroll along, we will come to the recently restored Synagogue of Ben Ezra - the oldest Jewish synagogue in Egypt built in 882 AD. Next, we will explore the spices and silks in the medieval bazaar of Khan el-Khalili, one of the biggest bazaars in the Middle East and North Africa’s most famous bazaar. Lunch will be served during the tour at a local restaurant. Return to hotel.

Day 15– Thursday
Cairo / Cairo International Airport
Breakfast at your hotel, please check out from your room at 12 noon and leave your luggage with the Hotel Concierge. Pick up time from the hotel lobby to Cairo's International Airport will be 4 hours before your departure flight.

Transfer from your Cairo hotel to the Cairo's International Airport for your departure flight back home or to your next destination.

Transfers. The drive from your Cairo hotel to Cairo's International Airport is about 35 to 45 minutes. International flights require that you check-in at least 3 hours prior to your flight departure time. PLEASE NOTE: NO EXTRA TRANSFER CHARGES ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ANY TIME AND ANY DAY.

If your flight departs in the morning you will arrive back in America the same day of your departure.
If your flight departs in the night you will arrive back to America the following day of your departure.
Optional Bar/Bat Mitzvah Services: Rabbi’s fee for one Bar/Bat Mitzvah participant is on request contact us for more details. The fee will include: Correspondence with family by the Rabbi, meeting in Jerusalem by the Rabbi prior to the ceremony, officiating at service, use of prayer pamphlets and Rabbi’s personal Torah scroll, Rabbi’s transportation, and including Bar/Bat Mitzvah certificate from the Ministry of Tourism. Reform and Conservative ceremonies will be officiated at the Southern Wall area. Transfer from the Western Wall Plaza to the Israel Museum approximately $10-$15 per taxi (4 passengers per taxi).

Tips during your Israel tour: It's important to consider your Tour Guides and Drivers work very hard to make your tour an experience of a lifetime, and most of their annual income comes from the generosity of those they are serving during the tours. It is recommended that tour guides are given at least $6.00 per touring day per person, and drivers are given at least $4.00 per touring day per person. Please consider also hotel staff during your stay, and other staff that will support you during your tour.

  34. Old Cairo the City’s cultural landmarks that span three millennium of Egyptian history. Old Cairo is the home of Cairo's Coptic Christian community which traces it's roots to Saint Mark the Apostle in 42 AD.
  35. Coptic Cairo is a part of Old Cairo which encompasses the Babylon Fortress, the Coptic Museum, the Hanging Church, the Greek Church of St. George and many other Coptic churches and historical sites.
  36. Hanging Church is one of the oldest churches in Egypt and is named for its location above a gatehouse of Babylon Fortress.
  37. Saints Sergius and Bacchus Church is traditionally believed to have been built on the spot where the Holy Family, Joseph, Mary and the infant Jesus Christ, rested at the end of their journey into Egypt.
